सृण्येव सितया विश्वचर्षणिः पाशेनैव प्रतिबध्नात्यभीकाम् । इषुभिः पञ्चभिर्धनुषा च विध्यत्यादिशक्तिररुणा विश्वजन्या ॥

IAST transliteration

sṛṇyeva sitayā viśvacarṣaṇiḥ pāśenaiva pratibadhnāty abhīkām | iṣubhiḥ pañcabhir dhanuṣā ca vidhyaty ādiśaktir aruṇā viśvajanyā ||

Close translation

With a goad, as it were, and a white (noose), She who sees the world binds the fearless one with a noose. With five arrows and a bow the primordial Śakti, ruddy, world-born, pierces.
