At Shree Meenananda Ashram, Tantra connects puja, kirtan, learning and service with disciplined practice. “Unseen evolution is science” expresses our commitment to direct experience, reason and evidence. Instead of using a “God of the Gaps” to explain what is unknown, we keep asking and exploring. These pages offer an accessible introduction.

In brief

Tantra here is a disciplined life of awareness and compassion — puja, kirtan, knowledge and seva as one path.
Sanatana Dharma is a living family of streams. Veda, Āgama and Tantra sit together inside that house.
Puja paddhati (also written padhyati or vidhi) is the sequence of worship. Public study outlines live in the paddhati room; the living rite of this Ashram is confirmed with the house.
