Daily life at the Ashram
From morning puja to evening kirtan, each day brings worship, care and community life. Please call before visiting.
A day at the Ashram is the life of an active spiritual community: the shrine is kept, evening kirtan is sung, cows are tended, and guests are received when they have written first.
The living day
- Daily evening kirtan — Evening kirtan is held daily. Please telephone so we can welcome you and confirm the time.
- Morning yoga and pranayama — Morning yoga and pranayama belong to the household’s breath. Please call if you wish to sit with them.
- Please call before travelling so the Ashram can welcome you and confirm the day’s programme.
Come by arrangement
Visits are arranged in advance. Please telephone the Ashram before travelling to confirm the day’s programme and the most convenient time to arrive. Overnight stay and photography follow the Ashram’s guidance.
