    One should contemplate the Self as an unbroken circle, covering the whole egg of Brahmā, self-luminous. Oṃ. The blessed Guru is the Śakti who is the cause of all. Thereby the body is of the form of nine apertures. The Śrīcakra is of the form of nine śaktis.

    The knower is the hotṛ; knowledge is the fire; the known is the offering. The contemplation of non-difference of knower, knowing and known is Śrīcakra-pūjana.

    Alambusā, Kuhū, Viśvodarī, Varuṇā, Hastijihvā, Yaśasvatī, Aśvinī, Gāndhārī, Pūṣā, Śaṅkhinī, Sarasvatī, Iḍā, Piṅgalā and Suṣumṇā — these are the fourteen nāḍīs. The deities of the fourteen triangles beginning with Sarvasaṃkṣobhiṇī correspond to them.
