आत्मानमखण्डमण्डलाकारमवृत्य सकलब्रह्माण्डमण्डलं स्वप्रकाशं ध्यायेत् । ॐ श्रीगुरुः सर्वकारणभूता शक्तिः । तेन नवरन्ध्ररूपो देहः । नवशक्तिरूपं श्रीचक्रम् ।

ātmānam akhaṇḍamaṇḍalākāram āvṛtya sakalabrahmāṇḍamaṇḍalaṃ svaprakāśaṃ dhyāyet | oṃ śrīguruḥ sarvakāraṇabhūtā śaktiḥ | tena navarandhrarūpo dehaḥ | navaśaktirūpaṃ śrīcakram |

Close translation

One should contemplate the Self as an unbroken circle, covering the whole egg of Brahmā, self-luminous. Oṃ. The blessed Guru is the Śakti who is the cause of all. Thereby the body is of the form of nine apertures. The Śrīcakra is of the form of nine śaktis.
