अथ भगवन्तं देवा ऊचुर्हे भगवन्नः कथय सौभाग्यलक्ष्मीविद्याम् । तथेत्यवोचद्भगवानादिनारायणः सर्वे देवा यूयं सावधानमनसो भूत्वा शृणुत ।

IAST transliteration

atha bhagavantaṃ devā ūcur he bhagavann aḥ kathaya saubhāgyalakṣmīvidyām | tathety avocad bhagavān ādinārāyaṇaḥ sarve devā yūyaṃ sāvadhānamanaso bhūtvā śṛṇuta |

Close translation

Then the gods said to the Blessed One: ‘Blessed One, tell us the vidyā of Saubhāgyalakṣmī.’ The Blessed Ādinārāyaṇa said: ‘So be it. All you gods, become attentive of mind and hear.’
